We offer next business day delivery across Victoria for standard orders.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM are eligible for next business day delivery
Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the following business day

RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
We reserve the right to reject returns that are damaged, opened, or exposed to moisture
Restocking Fees
15% restocking fee applies to glasswool, polyester, and rockwool insulation
30% restocking fee applies to foam and rigid insulation products
Important Notes
Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable
Some products may have manufacturer-specific return restrictions
Returns can be arranged by:
- Delivering goods back to our warehouse, or
- Organising a courier at your expense
